Delivery of goods
- Product orders are dispatched within 3 business days upon receipt of the payment for the order.
- Shipping within Lithuania incurs a fee (symbolic price) and is carried out through OMNIVA parcel terminals.
- OMNIVA will deliver your order within Lithuania within 1-2 business days.
- Shipping of products to foreign countries is subject to a fee.
- Orders for goods are shipped to the address you provide; please ensure that the address is accurate.
Return and exchange of goods
- To return the purchased item or exchange it for another, you can do so within 14 calendar days from the day of product delivery, by informing the Seller in advance via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- The returned item must be in its original, undamaged packaging, unused, with the same set of components as received by the Buyer, and must not have lost its original appearance (intact labels, unworn, protective films not removed, etc.). A return/exchange document must be signed when returning the item.
- The Buyer must deliver the returned items to YCHO STUDIO at the following addresses: PC "Outlet Park," Verkių g. 31c, Vilnius, or Užupio g. 10, Vilnius. Alternatively, the Buyer can personally deliver the items to YCHO STUDIJA at the specified address, using postal or courier services.
- For items purchased online, the Buyer can return them by completing the return form and delivering the items to the address specified for YCHO studio at OMNIVA parcel terminal Polocko g. Express Market Vilnius, tel: +370 65043143.
- The seller reserves the right not to accept returned items if the returned item has been used, lacks original labels, is damaged, was custom-made or altered according to a specific order, or has been worn.
- If the Buyer returns a discounted item, the refunded amount will be the price paid for the item with the applied discount, excluding shipping costs.
- In Lithuania, the color, model, or size of the product can be exchanged within 14 days, while in the European Union and other countries, the exchange period is in accordance with the written agreement of the respective country.
- The exchanged item must be in its original, undamaged packaging, unused, with the same set of components as received by the Buyer, and must not have lost its original appearance (intact labels, unworn, protective films not removed, etc.). When exchanging the item, a return/exchange document must be signed.
- Items for exchange or return should be delivered to YCHO STUDIO at the following addresses: PC "Outlet Park," Verkių g. 31c, Vilnius, or Užupio g. 10, Vilnius. This can be done using postal or courier services, or the Buyer can personally deliver the items to YCHO STUDIO at the specified addresses.
- Items of unsatisfactory quality are exchanged or refunded in accordance with the Retail Trade Rules of the Republic of Lithuania, approved by the Government Resolution No. 738 of July 22, 2014.
- We provide a two-year statutory warranty and a commercial warranty for our products, which does not limit or restrict your rights as consumers, as stipulated by the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania in case you acquire a product of unsatisfactory quality.
